Bülent Savaş, who graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Middle East Technical University, started his business life as an Occupational Health and Safety Inspector at the Ministry of Labor (1973-1975). After working as an Operations Engineer at İGSAŞ for a short time in 1976, he worked with Kordsa and Sabancı Group. He joined . He worked at Kordsa as Occupational Safety Chief, Export Manager, Marketing and Sales Director, and Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales until 1993.

After serving as the General Manager of Beksa A.Ş. between 1993 and 1998, he was appointed as the General Manager of Kordsa A.Ş. in 1998. Bülent Savaş, who served as Brisa General Manager between 2000 and 2009, retired as of May 2009.

Bülent Savaş, who has been serving as a board member and management consultant in various companies since 2009, started to serve as an Independent Board Member of Ditaş at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on March 29, 2022.
