Osman Sever, a graduate of ITU Mechanical Faculty, received his MBA degree in 1992 and has worked in various companies operating in the automotive industry at home and abroad since 1987.

Sever, who started his career in Oyak Renault engineering department, then worked in product, strategic planning and export units. Sever worked as Export and Business Development Manager and Sales Manager at Ford Otosan, Deputy General Manager of Sales and Business Development at Karsan, and General Manager at Tırtısn. Between 2009 and 2014, he served as the COO responsible for commercial vehicles at GBAuto company located in Egypt, respectively. , served as C Level Responsible for Business Development and Strategy and then Deputy Group COO. During this period, he worked on GBAuto's various acquisition and merger projects and took part in the entry of Chinese automotive and tire companies into different Middle Eastern markets, especially Egypt.

Osman Sever, who served as the General Secretary of the Automotive Industry Association (OSD) between 2015 and October 2019, served as TOBB Automotive Industry Assembly Vice President and OTAM A.Ş. He served as Board Member and Chairman, and represented our country's automotive industry in OICA, the Global Association of Automotive Industry Associations, and ACEA, the European Automotive Industry Association. Osman Sever, who served as the chairman and rapporteur of the committee that carried out the work on the Automotive Industry Working Group Report prepared within the scope of the 11th Development Plan, pioneered the establishment of the Trailer Industrialists Association - TREDER in 2007 and served as the first Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association.
