SUBJECT AND SCOPE

The ethical rules consist of principles to be respected by our company employees during the performance of their jobs and the principles related to the working order. The purpose of these principles is to set the frame of the basic rules to be respected and to prevent any disputes and conflicts of interests between our employees, business partners, customers and our enterprise.

BASIC PRINCIPLES

The managers and staff should do their duty to maintain the prestige of Ditaş Doğan Yedek Parça İmalat ve Teknik A.Ş. and of its shareholders at the highest level by respecting the basic principles set in this document their involvement in any kind of relations and at their workplaces. In situations not covered in the scope of these rules, our employees should proceed according to the carefulness and loyalty principle.
